Due to our dynamic business growth, a Project Manager is needed in the Krakow office.
Your new role
You’ll manage all project workstreams during Hays implementations processes and procedures, using the Hays chosen project management techniques, effective controls within change management, asset and configuration management and release and deployment management. You’ll take overall responsibility for developing and implementing effective controls with senior operational internal and external stakeholders to manage the client implementations. You’ll ensure that service and technology elements of the contract reflect the service that has been sold by Hays and are communicated to the delivery teams. You’ll be working closely with our EMEA project teams, and all internal mid- and back- office functions.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have experience in a similar role, ideally in recruitment (preferably RPO and/or MSP). You will have a strong track of record of stakeholder management and excellent communication skills. You’ll have qualifications in Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies. You’re creative and innovative, well organised and structured. Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally, around 10% or your time, to our Hays locations and to our clients’ sites.
