Zadania:

We are looking both for an HR Operations Coordinator and also for Talent Management Specialist. As an HR Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for employee services processes and transactions to be completed for the respective process based on the agreed service catalog and SLAs under the direct supervision of the manager. The role will be responsible to deliver standardised reporting and analytics for the work assigned and will leverage required HR systems and tools. As a Talent Management Representative Supporting the process of Talent Management life cycle and People Planning.

Main accountabilities HR Operations Coordinator:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any HR System escalations
  • Managing escalation and take ownership for ultimate issue resolution
  • Supporting Payroll & Reporting on monthly reconciliation analysis
  • Identifying service delivery and process improvement opportunities in the assigned processes
  • Supporting HR through reporting and workforce data analytics for core processes and ad hoc projects

Main accountabilities Talent Management Specialist
  • Supporting the process of Talent Management life cycle and People Planning
  • Provides Talent Management know-how for Talent Review and People Planning processes, providing best practices and insights.
  • Ensure consistent data and meaningful insights to support Talent decision making.
  • Collecting employee lists and other relevant data for OHS survey, tracking competition rate and reporting.
  • Supports other departments/functions involved in providing mandatory trainings (e.g. Legal)

Requirements:
Previous professional relevant experience in a large-scale global HR Operations/Shared Services environment (For T Previous experience in recruitment is preferred )
Fluent English and German is a must.
Detail oriented, willingness to work on a variety of tasks and projects both independently and with team. Technical/functional skills & knowledge of HR tools and interfaces would be an asset
