Your new company

For our client an international manufacturing company with HR Department located in Cracow we are looking candidates for position HR Business Partner. The HR Department provides a comprehensive HR service to all company supporting the business in its strategic objectives and ensuring the well-being of all its employees and workers.


Your duties

Drive the local recruiting process including working with managers and team leaders to develop job descriptions, preparing job adverts, working with employment agencies where necessary, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
Support and advise local managers on all HR related issues, ensuring fairness and consistency of approach In conjunction with local managers work to resolve performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues according to Company policy
Work closely with Head of HR and local managers to implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure that company is operating within all local labour laws and regulations and advise the Head of HR of any relevant changes in labour laws and regulations, along with the associated implications
Facilitate organisational development and change management initiatives
Plan and deliver training sessions as needed for employees and managers
Ensure all HR systems are kept up to date Manage the Poland employee survey process in conjunction with the Head of HR
Advise on local salary and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Undertake salary benchmarking and run the local salary review process, in conjunction with Head of HR Manage all HR administrative matters in Poland, ensuring employee records are maintained in accordance with company policy and local labour law
Any other ad-hoc duties as required in support of company


What you'll need to succeed

Degree or post-graduate qualification in HR Management / related field or qualified by experience
At least 4 years’ experience of working as a HR generalist, ideally at a Senior or Business Partner level in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Experience of managing compensation and benefits
Some experience of managing small to medium HR projects
Excellent knowledge of Polish Labour law Fluent in Polish and English
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively at all levels of the Company Flexible in approach and able to adapt quickly to new challenges
Able to work under pressure effectively
Excellent verbal and written communicator
