Zadania:
For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Talent Management Specialist.
Within this position you will be responsible for supporting Learning&Development and Talent Management teams from US, UK, Italy and Poland. You will be coordinating trainings schedule, supporting e-learning administration and feedback from courses, monitoring e-Learning usage and completion status. You will be also monitoring, auditing and following up on late Year-end performance reviews and preparing different reports.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level. Previous experience on a similar position is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
