Your new company
For one of our Clients, an international company from manufacturing sector, based in Wrocław we are currently looking for a HR Specialist (5000 PLN gross).

Your new role
You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating all administrative tasks. In details as an Human Resource Specialists at this level you will be tasked with various duties e.g.:

• compiling personnel records, including compensation
• calculating working hours for all employees, analyzing personal rates such as turnover and absence
• creating, supervising and evaluating the annual training plan
• recruiting, interviewing, screening and placing employee candidates.

Moreover, you will strictly cooperate with Hiring Managers and Shift Leaders.

What you'll need to succeed
As the perfect candidate you represent high communication skills and flexibility for change and adoption to new situations . You need to have experience in HR area, excellent communication skills in English language, can-do attitude and multitasking approach. Highly nice to have Spanish language skills.
