Zadania:

Devire ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) is a fast-growing Unit within the Outsourcing Division focusing on IT Contracting, Team leasing and IT Services. In this role you will be responsible for leading the ITO unit consisting of Sales Representatives and Delivery Consultants. The focus of the role is profitable growth of the ITO business by setting, envisioning and delivering goals, engaging Clients, leading the sales and delivery team, recruiting and managing the best talent, structuring and fully managing the ITO business unit. You will report directly to the Outsourcing Director and be part of the Outsourcing Executive team.

Requirements:

• Open minded and cheerful personality.
• +3 years in managing a successful Sales Team.
• Passion for managing and leading people.
• Excellent understanding of sales topics.
• Fluent English.
• “Can do” and a problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge on the IT market.
• Driven, Agile, Empowered.
