Zadania:
- Source for right candidates via different channels such as on-line, social media, networking, data base
- Approach key individuals who meet our clients’ requirements
- Screen and interview suitable candidates for our clients’ vacancies
- Provide feedbacks and reports activities
- Gather information from the market, conduct analysis, assisting consultants in developing strategies
- Additional activities related to increasing of company’s visibility within students / candidates (employer branding activities)
Wymagamy:
- Professional experience in staffing environment would be an asset
- Excellent command of English, knowledge of other European language will be additional asset
- Excellent communications, time management and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented nature, high level of openness
- Knowledge of MS Office
