Zadania:

For our Client, international company operating in banking sector, we are looking for the person on the position of: Learning & Development Manager

The person on this position will be responsible for managing all learning programs: induction, professional development programs and global learning programs with the compliance to global learning strategy. The main duties on this position include: responsibility for induction program for new joiners, managing professional development courses according to the group learning standards for all levels of employees, leading leadership and talent development programs, managing learning calendar, analysing training needs and cooperation with external providers.

Our Client requires: 5 years of relevant experience in a L&D role; master degree in HR or Psychology areas, fluent English; experience in ssc or banking sector; experience in delivery of professional and management learning programes, knowledge of different learning methods. Moreover the person on this position should be able to work within a team, have strong interpersonal skills and analytical and conceptual skills, as well.
