Zadania:

  • Work with Global HR stakeholders to review and apply human resource policies and procedures and handbooks in the designated territories and ensure that they are effective, efficient, fair, communicated adequately, transparent, and promote equal opportunities
  • Conceive, lead and facilitate cross functional workshops to define strategies and associated deliverable, informatively solve problems, and assess organisational impacts to better enable high performance working and further develop organisational capability
  • Assist in defining the people strategy for the European region with the leadership team
  • Work to embed or support transformation and change in the region
  • Delivers clear communication within the business unit on HR policies, practices, and initiatives.
  • Manages employee life-cycle transactions using applicable HR systems
  • Analyzes trends to assist in the definition and development of key talent reporting/metrics
  • Collaborate with the local HR team to maintain the accuracy of employee data and salary market data/benchmarking information
  • Conduct regular HR audits in the designated territories to ensure compliance to organisational policies, procedures, contracts and systems as well as ensuring accuracy of necessary documentation such as payroll and right to work in all CEE
  • Experience operating as an HR Director with a proven track record in meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Preferred working experience in a complex or fast-growing envoirment (IT/tech/media startup)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organisation
  • Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests
  • Project management experience, excellent organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Significant demonstrable experience of creating and influencing the future shape of organisational thinking and decision making
  • Ability to think strategically and have vision while also focusing on detail and execution
  • Good knowledge of different IT tools in the field of HR + MS Office
  • Fluency in Polish and very good command of English is a must
