Your new company
Your new employer will be the company that runs the debt service. The company makes it easy for customers to get out of debt in a convenient and optimal way. Thanks to the regular research of needs and expectations of customers, strategies are created, which are tailored to the individual situation of each customer.
Your new role
At this position you will be responsible for conducting training for the company's employees in the area of communication, argumentation and sales in accordance with established standards and business procedures. You will be responsible for preparing an onboarding plan for new employees, recognising training needs and creating new training. You will also need to contact external companies for training purposes. You will also be a person who will provide guidance and help to the advisors and consultants and coach them if necessary. This work will require short but fairly frequent trips to provide training abroad in other branches of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this position you must have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in German and English is required. It is also important to complete the trainers' school, having knowledge and ability to use in practice Experienced Based Learning System (Kolb’s Learning Cycle). Your excellent spoken and written communication skills as well as presentation skills will be essential.
