Zadania:
For our client, an international company based in Kraków we are looking for Talent Specialist - Learning Coordinator.
Within this position you will be responsible for coordination of all assigned leaning programs and courses, managing the administration and logistics required to schedule; planning, coordinating and rolling out the company curriculum of training programs and courses. You will be managing the booking of all internal or external locations, including accommodation, logistics, facilities and material for trainers, facilitators and participants; setting up programs and courses on the learning management system and managing training data to enable thought participation and cancellation reporting. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing strong relationships with all internal clients and stakeholders by managing their expectations through effective delivery.
To be a succesfull candidate in this role you need to possess advanced MS Office skills, strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills, very good communication skills and ability to work virtually in a global team. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities. Your bachelor's degree will be a great asset.
