Zadania:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting employees, managers and HR with established generalist and regional processes (I.e. vacation, leave of absence, benefits selections, compensation and reporting changes)
• Employees database management
• Understanding of end to end HR processes and impact of timely and accurate execution
• Understanding of the various HR systems, the different related roles and responsibilities and the data flow between them
• Preparation of documents in German and English
• Preparation of documents necessary to obtain a visa for the employee
• Effective prioritization of any urgent, time-sensitive or business critical cases
• Cooperation with employees of HR and Administration departments
• Dealing with employee queries via telephone email and chat
