Zadania:

On behalf of our Client, international start- up company in Poland, we are looking for the person for the position of HR Manager.
HR Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and implementing activities designated to maximize an organization’s workforce, as well He/She will be responsible for supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The main tasks for the person on this position will include: recruitment processes, talent management, leadership development and performance management. HR Manager will be also responsible for identifying and preparing development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. In addition this person will be accountable for preparing payroll documentation and creating and implementing organizational policies. HR Manager is expected to be a strategic partner in running organization.

From the Candidate we require at least 3 years of experience in human resources management, educational background and fluent English. We also require excellent communication skills, strong internal and external customer service focus, practical approach to problems and ability to understand business goals. Moreover, we seek exceptionally talented, bright and driven people, not afraid of challenges, ready to work in a dynamic team. Preferable Candidate should be passionate about people and has a creative and insightful work style.
