Your new role
For our Client, we are looking for motivated and keen to develop junior specialist who would like to join a team as HR Associate Advisor. This position will support the execution and delivery of HR solutions and HR processes including Talent & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Employee Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and special projects and she/he will support also HR services such as year-end compensation planning, annual talent review & succession planning, performance management and management feedback on daily activities such as new hire offers, internal promotions and development plans etc. Moreover,
What you'll need to succeed
Perfect communication skills
Experience in HR administration
Experience in HR related fields - recruitment, on - boarding, employees development,
Reasonable understanding of Polish Labour Law and relevant employment legislation
Experience in non-complex employee relations cases, routine HR projects and compensation planning
Fluent in Polish and English
