Your new company
On behalf of our Client, the company setting up their Shared Service Centre in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of HR Specialist/Administrator.

Your new role
Holding the position of HR Specialist you will be responsible for providing high level of quality and consistency of HR information system maintaining/assurance. Moreover, you will need to administrate employees database, run scheduled reports and create reports as needed. You will be also involved in identifying opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree as well as some previous experience in administration area. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is required, knowledge of VBA would be an asset. Exposure to international environment and well-developed analytical skills, as well as willingness to travel are necessary. Fluency in English is a must, additional language would be an advantage.
