Your new company
For our Client, SSC of a global company we are currently looking for a people manager to lead the team of HR Coordinators.


Your new role
As a Team Leader you will be is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the team, daily management of capacity and ensuring that all incoming cases are being taken care of in accordance to SLA. You will monitor and manage performance and drive the high quality of work delivered by the team. Team you will manage is providing HR & Payroll Services for European employees. As a manager you will also be expected to contribute to process improvements and cost optimization.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have min 5 years of operational experience in HR administration, benefits, payroll, HR customer service. Min 1 year of people management experience is also required. We are looking for a true leader who can motivate and effectively manage the team. You need to have good analytical skills and be a good problem solver. Excellent English is a must.
