Zadania:
For our Client, an international company located in Katowice, we are looking for the person to hold the position People Support Specialist with Dutch.
As a Senior People Support Specialist you will be responsible for support for managers and employees. Your tasks will be: handle their questions and incidents, maintain the knowledge base, participate in initiatives to improve processes and services and deliver the best possible employee experience.
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to have an experience in HR technology and processes with focus on customer services, one year of working in a Shared Services environment, knowledge of transition activities (preparation / review of the documentation, process and tools setup) and good command of Dutch (min. B2) and English. You should have good communication skills, ability to work in an international environment and strong people and client orientation.
