Zadania:

Tasks:
- To establish HR manager role in Poland based on company"s strategy, global HR processes and local law
- To develop and retain the competence needed to optimize business results in Poland in line with company mission and local law
- To build, implement, and manage processes tied to recruitment, talent management, training and development, competence management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement programs based on global processes
- To manage Payroll coordination with external vendor
- Advising and leading managers and employees
- To support Health, Safety, Environment, & Security Departments to raise standards, implement policies, and handle specific cases
- The HR Manager will report to site manager for Poland and will be a member of the local lead team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in HR, Business or Management or Engineering
- Min.5 years of experience in HR
- Solid HR experience gained in a fast-paced organization
- Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and requirements
- Strong personality focused on a client and goals achievements
- Ability to support leaders at all levels and to work in an international environment
- Very good level of Polish and English (written and oral) - C1
- Very good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
