Zadania:
For our new client, international production company located in Zabrze we are looking candidate for HR Generalist role.
The main responsibilities include labour law compliance, recruiting, staff training and development, payroll, record keeping and employee relations. The main focus is to support the HQ team on HR administrative requirement. The role will also take part in communication between regional team and HQ HR team on HR related topics.
The perfect candidate should has At least 3 years of HR experience, College degree or above with equivalent experience, Good English command skills and know Office software: Word ,Excel, Power Point.
