Zadania:
An international company with their Shared Service Centre located in Poznan, is looking for candidates for the position of HR Back Office Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- providing timely, comprehensive responses to complex HR queries from employees and business managers;
- liaising with specific HR experts to develop and maintain detailed knowledge of designated global processes and policies for the country;
- managing processes related to employee transfers, off-boarding, change of job requests, holidays and terminations;
- keeping up to date with current national regulations regarding workflow analytics processes and preparing reports;
- maintaining employee data and files in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as preparing/creating documents and templates;
- supporting the training of new employees - coaching and mentoring junior staff;
- participating in projects to recommend improvements, supporting continuous improvement processes;
Your qualifications:
- fluency in English and French and German;
- university degree;
- caring for quality and ability to manage processes;
- analytical and problem solving skills;
- ability to work under pressure;
- excellent communication and cooperation skills;
