Zadania:

An international company with their Shared Service Centre located in Poznan, is looking for candidates for the position of HR Back Office Specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • providing timely, comprehensive responses to complex HR queries from employees and business managers;
  • liaising with specific HR experts to develop and maintain detailed knowledge of designated global processes and policies for the country;
  • managing processes related to employee transfers, off-boarding, change of job requests, holidays and terminations;
  • keeping up to date with current national regulations regarding workflow analytics processes and preparing reports;
  • maintaining employee data and files in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as preparing/creating documents and templates;
  • supporting the training of new employees - coaching and mentoring junior staff;
  • participating in projects to recommend improvements, supporting continuous improvement processes;


Your qualifications:

  • fluency in English and French and German;
  • university degree;
  • caring for quality and ability to manage processes;
  • analytical and problem solving skills;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • excellent communication and cooperation skills;
