Zadania:
For our Client and newly created team in Kraków we are looking for Global Head of HR Administration.
Within this position you will be responsible for:
- Ownership of global end-to-end HR administration processes
- Process design and shaping the strategy for the HR Administration processes globally, set KPIs, SLAs and other metrics
- Leading international team of Managers, coaching and direction on HR related strategic matters
- Managing Employee Relations and Employee Experience programs
- Managing relationship with key stakeholders and business partners
- Continuous improvement initiatives – improving global HR policies, procedures and guidelines
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in working as a Head/Director in HR administration field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, employee lifecycle
- Experience in managing end-to-end HR administration processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Good people management skills - preferably with experience in leading international teams
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent English skills
- HR qualification would be desirable
