Zadania:
Currently we are looking for Talent Sourcing Specialist to join the newly created sourcing department in a pharmaceutical company with an office in Warsaw,
What will you be doing?
While working at this position you will be responsible for : conducting research to produce ‘candidate long list’ against active business critical recruitment, within area of focus; conducting activity to deliver market mapping projects (globally) and support builds talent pipelines for identified roles; utilising market insight to both support pipeline growth and build business knowledge; providing logistical and administrative support for external events in order to strongly promote the company employment brand and identify target talent populations.
You will be a part of international team in ever growing pharmaceutical company located in Warsaw
Who are we looking for?
You should present strong candidate sourcing experience within fast-paced environment, you should have previous experience in sourcing candidates from multiple avenues including multi-media, advertising on job boards and social media, external networking and building of pipelines, developing innovate methods to attract top talent maximizing sources and tools, you have curious personality, good written and verbal communication skills in English.
