Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Performing all recruitment activities in building and updating database of candidates, conducting recruitment processes, source candidates, direct search, build talent pools
- Processing HR documentation based on legal requirements
- Employer branding activities
- Ensuring that all the processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis and/or statistics
Knowledge and skills that the perfect candidate should have:
- Fluent verbal and written English and Polish is a must
- Experience in recruiting Support Specialists
- Experience in IT/Telco recruitment will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Very good operational and organizational skills
- Strong Knowledge of MS office suite
- Good knowledge of Polish Labor Law
