Zadania:
For our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for Candidate for Talent Acquisition Coordinator positions.
You will be working with Hiring Managers around the globe to execute talent acquisition activities such as creating jobs descriptions and job posting, managing flow of the candidates. You will be executing sourcing and candidate assessments in order to provide the best talents and the best candidate experience possible.
Key responsibilities:
- Everyday talent acquisition activities in cooperation with hiring managers
- Ensuring that jobs are posted externally including social media
- Screening of applications and resumes with conducting onsite interviews
- Making job offers in alignment with company policies
- Acting as a point of contact with external recruiting vendors such as agencies and pre-employment providers.
We are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience as a part of Talent Acquisition Operations (SSC environment preferred)
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Onboarding activities
- Knowledge of SAP/PeopleSoft/Oracle or Workday would be a big plus
- Experience working with a third-party staffing providers
- Proficiency in English
- Additional language (French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish) would be a great asset
