Zadania:
Payroll Specialist with German/Spanish
For our Client, a Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, dedicated to an international company, we are looking for a person who will hold the position of Payroll Specialist with Spanish.
On this position you will be working as the part of human resources and administration department. You will be responsible for administer and control 2 weekly and 3 monthly payrolls, importing weekly hours data from the time management system in order to administer the weekly payrolls, efficiently manage a busy starters and leavers process, respond to and resolve payroll queries from associates. You will cooperate closely with different stakeholders (HR SSC, local HR and Finance teams).
A successful candidate needs minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Additionally, fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Experience in SSC environment will be a strong asset. Knowledge of MS Office products is required. Candidate should be a well-organized person who has analytical and communications skills.
