Zadania:

The Leader–Learning Operations-Warsaw role is responsible for management of the Learning Operations team that will be executing administrative changes in the Learning Management System (LMS). They are the point person for administrative support staff to ensure administrative changes (e.g., course creation/deletion, curriculum creation/deletion, etc.) are completed efficiently and accurately.
In addition, this role will support the various business processes and associated metrics across the Elanco Learning and Development organization. This person will work with Global Learning Services, line management, and employees to ensure appropriate training is assigned, audited, and monitored in terms of completion and accuracy. Corporate training accuracy will be the priority but additionally, this role will support efforts to enable a streamlined set of curricula across functions. The person in this role will work closely with affiliates, sites, and functions all over the world to ensure proper training assignment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Collaborate with the Global Learning Services and ESC L&D Technical Leader to ensure all activities needed to execute regular system updates are completed.
  • Oversee the work done by the ECS L&D administrators to ensure curricula and courses are set up correctly.
  • Work with IT and Global Learning Services to address functionality problems, provide reports, and ensure timely communication to key stakeholders (include L&D partners and works councils) globally.
  • Oversee periodic reviews, data monitoring, Assignment Profile monitoring.
  • Proactively assess the architecture of training curricula and accuracy of training courses in Success
  • Factors to ensure stability and effectiveness of data.
  • Establish partnership to support affiliate L&D colleagues who perform L&D administrative work at affiliate locations and manufacturing sites.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in an L&D or HR role
