Zadania:

Universal-Investment is the largest independent investment company in the German-spoken Europe and market leader in the areas of master-KVG and private label funds. With its administration, insourcing and risk management services, the company focuses on the administration and structuring of funds, securities, real assets as well as alternative asset classes and offers complex risk management solutions.

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the Learning & Development Team of the Human Resources Department


Your areas of responsibility include:

• Management and further development of our learning portfolio (internal and external trainings, coaching) across all locations
• Advising managers and employees on personnel development matters
• Monitoring and reporting of the training budget
• Running of and further development of the trainee programme in Frankfurt
• Support in the execution of the group-wide Performance Management Process including monitoring and reporting of the process
• Cooperation in the conception and execution of the Employee Survey including implementation of actions afterwards
• Execution of an Expat-Programme with interface to Compensation & Benefits Team

 What you offer:

• Profound knowledge and competence in the implementation and realisation of instruments and processes in personnel development
• Degree in human resource management, psychology, business education or comparable studies
• Several years of working experience, ideally in an international environment
• Conceptual, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset 
• Confident appearance, flexibility and high personal initiative
• Open minded and proactivity
• High service orientation, high commitment and team player skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluent Business English
