Zadania:
For one of our clients, global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for candidates interested in joining newly created Sourcing team as Lead in their office in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities:
In this position, as a Lead Talent Sourcer, you your duties will include creating talent pipelines (by searching attracting candidates). You will do that in close cooperation with the team of Sourcers and Researchers in the UK. This position does not assume people management though, rather projects management.
A successful candidate needs to possess at least 4 years of experience on positions connected with recruitment or sourcing of candidates and be experienced in project management. Since this position will have you working in an international environment you have to be fluent in English (C1 at the least).
