Zadania:
We are looking to hire an open minded, willing to work in a fast changing environment and challenge oriented recruiter to manage end to end recruitment processes. This position will be based in Katowice and will report to a recruitment manager.
On the position you will lead end to end recruitment processes including working with managers and provide consultancy during the recruitment cycle (requirements, job adverts, sourcing-screening-interviewing, cooperation with vendors).
We expect more than 1 year of experience in IT recruiting. Direct sourcing including LinkedIn and other social media channels. Great communication skills and fluent English.
