On behalf of our Client, a newly GSS established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of HR Operations Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be a part of regional HR operations team with a focus on support the entire hire to retire process for all employees. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employee lifecycle related changes and documentation are processed according to the defined KPIs, you will be delivering support to HR communities, business managers and employees and overseeing accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. Your scope of duties will also include maintaining good data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle and provide support to reporting team for on-demand reports related to employment lifecycle related services as well as supporting training organization and administration of different training programs.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2 years of experience in HR Area – preferably employee lifecycle management in SSC organization. We are looking for a motivated professional, with excellent cooperation skills, combined with result-driven approach towards problem solving.. Moreover, candidate we are looking for is familiar with SAP HR and ideally has some previous experience with Workday. English on at least C1 level is required, fluent German is a big asset.
