Currently for our Client, a global organization from automotive industry, establishing its new HR Service Center in Katowice, we are currently looking for Candidate for the position of HR Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of HR Manager, apart from team-management duties, you will be responsible for high quality delivery of transactional processes, collaborate with other global and regional HR teams to implement innovative HR solutions and policies, maintenance HR information system. The scope of duties will include managing the SLA`s, KPI`s for regional HR team, performing daily review, motivate and manage your team and focus on employee development, succession and career planning.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 5 years of relevant experience on the similar role in Shared Service environment. Adequate understandings of business as well as change management are a must. What is more, fluent communication skills in English and Polish are required (German language is a plus). The ideal Candidate will be motivated, creative, business and customer oriented person, focused on achieving business targets.
