Zadania:
For our Client, international manufacturing company, we are looking for the person for the position of HR Manager.
The person on this position will be leading an HR team and will be responsible for all HR issues in Poland site, working closely between Poland Operations and HQ functions. The main responsibilities on this position include: management of all HR areas related to employee life cycle, advising managers and employees on HR aspects, coordination of HR policies and supervising their implementation in accordance with Group HR, taking care about employee relations and internal, transparent communication and cooperation with trade unions. HR Manager will be also responsible for the projects of recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and employee development, compensation & benefits and HR controlling and monitoring as well.
We require min. 5 years of experience on HR Manager position, preferably in manufacturing sector; experience in international environment; fluent English; education in HR, administration, management or related field. Moreover, we seek Candidates with analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Preferable Candidate should be a highly communicative, well organised person and a team player.
