Zadania:

HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing high level of services to Business Leaders and Managers across various business functions. Partner, advise and coach on people and organizational needs. Ensure alignment with company initiatives as well as business strategy and ensure successful execution. Drive organizational effectiveness including change management for the assigned groups. Shape and execute employee strategy in line with business strategy by working closely with functional HR professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR Manager and the department for the purpose of assisting in the performance of HR Dep,

  • Coordination and support of different local HR projects (recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, talent and succession planning, etc.)

  • Identify and advise business on recruitment needs, cooperate with Talent Acquisition Experts and business to deliver talents                to organization,

  • Provide HR solutions on career development, succession planning and talent retention,

  • Provide support to managers in terms of employment legislation and dispute resolution, e.g. interpret relevant employment legislation and provide advice to managers as required.

  • Perform detailed and expert analysis and evaluation of the full range of available HR Management Information to correctly identify    and diagnose emerging gaps or trends and development needs to support effective workforce planning and resource allocation,

  • Take a lead role in the innovation of HR practice, policies, procedures carrying out effective horizon scanning to identify future developments,

  • Design, develop and implement  annual employee engagement plan,

  • Work with managers on training plans, collect information on area training needs,

  • Implement and maintain the highest professional standards for all human resource activities in accordance with company policy        and good practice.

     

    Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Human Resources/Economy/Business Management or Labor relations postgraduate studies

  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner in international environment,

  • Prior management or team leadership experience is highly desired,

  • Excellent English communication skills written and oral,

  • Working knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations,

  • Task and time management skills - planning and organizing skills,

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details,

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with various levels of management,

  • Ability to influence all levels in the organization,

  • Relationship management and business partnering skills,

  • High motivation to work in an international environment,
