Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:

HR Administrator with German

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all administrative processes related to all personnel matters (contract management/ master data administration)
  • Contributing to the design of optimal interfaces to the HR Business Partner
  • Ensuring an efficient flow of all administrative processes in cooperation with the local HR business partners in the country
  • Master data management (employment contracts, changes to employment contracts, certificates, etc.)
  • Ensure that all relevant process steps are completed during entry and exit
  • Ensure that the quality of the services meets internal and external customer requirements

Skills and experience

  • Studies with a focus on business studies or a comparable degree or professional education (commercial) and further training as a personnel specialist desirable
  • Experience in carrying out routine activities
  • Initial experience in dealing with contractual content
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Good English language skills
  • High degree of reliability and discretion
  • First knowledge in handling IT personnel systems (payroll system, applicant management system, talent management tool)
  • Goal-oriented working
  • Strong self-reliance and initiative
