Zadania:

For our client, fast growing Shared Service Centre from insurance and reinsurance industry we are currently looking for a HR Administrator with English.

Working alongside HR team, you will contribute to the delivery of the human resource and administrative processes and will be engaged in every aspect of the partnership between the HR team in Poland and in the UK regions.

Main responsibilities are: managing employment life cycle process, involving direct communication with HR Business Partners, HR Managers and local HR teams; position management, mailbox administration; information management; query management, working with internal HR system, managing the databases.

We are looking for a candidate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience within HR and excellent English communication skills. To be successful in this role you must have experience with running reports from an HR system; computer literacy, first class customer service skills.
