Your new company
For our Client, international, prestigious organization based in Poznań, we are currently looking for HR Administrator.

Your new role
The key responsibilities include creating personnel files, conducting personnel analysis and reporting using Firm databases. Moreover, you will be responsible for administering HR-related processes, programs and databases, providing support to all employees and managers in all HR topics as first line of contact. You will be in close contact with other support staff members and consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you should have BA degree, similar experience in admin and solid knowledge of labor law. Moreover, excellent verbal and written language skills in English is a must.
