Zadania:

HR Administrator

For our client - international outsourcing company providing high quality customer service from their new office in Poznań we are looking for HR Administrator. Join them and develop as the company grows.

As and HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting HR side of employee full life-cycle from hiring to termination. Your day to day job will include organizing and maintaining personnel records, updating HR records and databases, preparing and managing HR documents being a focal point for HR-related queries from employees.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous job related experience in HR Admin is required
  • Good knowledge of polish labour law
  • Experience in hiring foreigners will be an asset
  • Fluent English both written and spoken is a must (C1 level)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, good prioritising, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in an international environment and well developed intercultural and communication skills
  • BA degree or equivalent
