Zadania:
Team Leader with German (m/f)
Location: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 10 employees
- Manage performance appraisal process and development of all reports
Motivating and supporting team in everyday duties and coordinating the work of the team
- Responsible for staff training and development (provide performance feedback to team members)
Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service
Integrating and training of new joiners/ training of team
Requirements:
Advanced in English and German is a must
- Experience in people management - min. 1 year (preferably in global organisation)
Strong people management skills
- Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint professional working competency
Strong interpersonal, communication skills and enthusiasm
