On behalf of our Client, the Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Talent Specialist - Learning Management System Support.
Your new role
As an Talent Specialist you will be responsible for system administration – setting up programs and courses on the learning management system and managing training data to enable thorough participation and cancellation reporting; ensuring data is properly uploaded and updated in the system; supporting existing Talent Specialist with managing various process in the area logistics such as manage the booking of all internal or external locations, including accommodation, logistics, facilities and materials for trainers, facilitators and participants that are required to schedule, plan, coordinate and roll out the company curriculum of training programs and courses.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to possess good command of English language B2. Exposure to international shared service environment and ability to operate in an international environment will be a great advantage. A good candidate would need to have strong interpersonal skills along with great organisational and time management skills.
