For our Client, international and globally recognised company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist with German.
Your new role
Holding the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process of talents for internship, employee and middle management positions as well as providing administrative support for the recruitment of senior and top management positions for the different companies locations. Your duties will include performing a high quality talent acquisition process, together with other HR stakeholders, proactively monitoring pipeline of candidates and proposing measures to increase quantity and improve quality. Furthermore, you will be accountable for an excellent candidate experience by maintaining regular contact with candidates during the recruitment process and you will need to maintain good data quality in HR systems related to talent acquisition and support reporting team to provide on-demand reports related to all talent processes. The ideal Candidate will deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, will oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and will execute talent acquisition processes according to the defined KPIs, policies, guidelines and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess higher education degree, and minimum 2 years of professional experience within the Human Resources field. Moreover, fluent in English and German is a must as well as experience with Workday or other recruitment system. Furthermore, we are looking for a person with cultural sensitivity and awareness, with continuous improvement mindset as well as solution delivery orientation.
