For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with German.
Your new role
Holding the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist you will perform a high quality talent acquisition process, together with other HR stakeholder and proactively monitor pipeline of candidates and propose measures to increase quantity and improve quality. Moreover, you will proactively source candidates out of social media, execute professional skype interviews, organize and ensure testing of candidates such as onsite case studies, online tests, participation in assessments, background checks etc. You will also create offer to candidate and will negotiate based on guidelines and by aligning with hiring manager, HR manager and/or compensation specialist as applicable. You will be accountable for an excellent candidate experience by maintaining regular contact with candidates during the recruitment process. Other duties will include maintaining good data quality in HR systems related to talent acquisition and supporting reporting team to provide on-demand reports related to all talent processes. You will also communicate and consult with internal customers regarding all talent acquisition policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on experience and feedback from customers.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess higher education degree, and over 3 years of professional experience within the Human Resources field. Moreover, fluent in English and German is a must as well as experience with Workday or other recruitment system and social media expertise. Furthermore, we are looking for a person with cultural sensitivity and awareness, with continuous improvement mindset as well as solution delivery orientation.
