For our client, international manufacturing and trading company, we are looking for motivated Candidates for the position of Personnel Administration/Payroll Specialist with Russian or German or Dutch or Portuguese 

Responsibilities:

• manage payroll and personal data within SAP according to the documents and according to the procedures
• poviding a wide range of administrative tasks connected with HR area and personnel administration;
• ensure that Personnel Administration and Payroll processes are in line with global processes/directions, legal and taxation standards
• verifying and entering data and HR-related documents;
• database administration;
• supporting HR team in everyday activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian/German/Dutch/Portuguese and English;
• min. 1 year of working experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll environment; 
• good knowledge in taxation of law, social insurance and SAP/R3 HR System; 
• analytical thinking and good organizational skills;
• ability to work in fast-changing environment;
• interpersonal skills – communicative team player will be a great part of the department.
