Zadania:
On behalf of our client an international company from FMCG area from Łódź we are looking for Learning and Development Specialist with French (Polish and English) to support EMEA region, working closely with multiple international teams.
Person on this position will be responsible for evaluation and monitoring workshops and trainings, monitoring employees’ performance management, managing talent and succession activities.
We expect excellent French and good English and Polish skills, at least 6 months of experience in HR area, enthusiasm and ability to build positive relations with clients. SAP knowledge will be an asset.
