Zadania:

Job description

 

• Advice, assistance and support of employees in the field of international mobility
• Coordination of immigration and emigration processes including work permit applications, resident permits, etc
• Creation of invitation letters and employer letters
• Cooperation with internal business partners and external vendors (tax advisors, payroll, immigration, etc.)
• Close cooperation with onsite team to support international mobility processing
• Ensuring compliance with the SLA's, quality standards and local laws
• Work permit

 

Candidate’s profile

 

• Good knowledge of German (min. B1)
• Very good knowledge of English (B2)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Very strong attention to detail skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
• Can do and client-focus attitude
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Thirst for knowledge and self-development
