For our Client, one of the largest global custodian and global asset managers, we are searching for skilled, focused on quality and details individual that is willing to develop his/her skills as a Senior HR Advisor. The role is to facilitate the growth of an HR Advisors team, located in Poland, Wroclaw.

Your new role
For our Client, we are looking for motivated and experienced professional who will deliver and execute the full range of HR solutions and services. This role will connect with diverse scope of responsibilities such a: providing coaching and guidance to junior team members, executing the delivery of HR solutions of core Communities of Expertise (CoE) HR processes including Talent & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Employee Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and special projects, working includes but is not limited to the more complex aspects of HR services such as year-end compensation planning, annual talent review & succession planning, performance management and management feedback on daily activities such as new hire offers, internal promotions and development plans etc.Moreover, she/he will be responsible for intaking and triaging within set guidelines on sensitive and complex ER cases, manager enquiries and assisting with the co-ordination and planning of workflow for the team, workflow reporting and provides coaching and guidance to less experienced staff. Provides local team management in the absence of the team manager and deputies as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Some level of exposure to leadership & workflow management
Very good understanding of Polish Labour Law and relevant employment legislation
Experienced HR professional with demonstrable and proven skills in ER case management, HR projects, compensation, talent and change management Fluent in English and Polish
