Your new company
Our Client is an international company based in Kraków.

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for conducting the recruitment processes in line with Hiring Manager’ agreed employment budget and guidelines, planning, scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews. You will be ensuring processing productivity and achievements of recruitment SLAs and providing any monthly and ad-hoc reports on the status of the given recruitment projects status. Your duties will also include taking care of internal and external communication in the company and coordinating recruitment processes in timely manner and with high quality.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree or relevant working experience (on a similar position), fluent French (C1 level) and very good English (B2/C1 level). Excellent MS Office skills are also required as well as high level of communication and organizational skills.
