Zadania:
Daily tasks:
- Works as part of a team that provides quality customer service by helping resolve routine and complex HR-related questions, issues and escalations.
- Coordinate meetings and manage detailed project plans to support software/hardware.
- Limited restructuring (current employees exiting, packages) admin responsibilities.
- Handle basic administration functions and provide analysis and documentation of certain project aspects.
- Act as a liaison between end users and IT staff.
- work SME roles for global relocation and termination.
We are looking for candidates with the below skill sets:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and able to learn new systems and tools
- Fluency in English is a must/knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
- Demonstrating high degree of accuracy, high passion, enthusiasm to grow themselves and are proven creative problem solvers.
- Outstanding interpersonal & relationship management skills (you must be a "people person" and thrive in a team setting, as you will be communicating and building relationships with recruiters, candidates and stakeholders)
