Workplace: Poznań (SSC)

Scope of duties:

• motivate, communicate with, and manage a teams;
• deliver high-professional, accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services;
• share experience and ideas with teams;
• manage operational efficiency through observation, communication, analysis, problem definition, and development of responses and solutions;
• identify and implement simple and efficient solutions;
• ensure adherence to Service menu, Service Level Agreements and KPI.

Requirements:

• experience on similar position;
• proven leadership skills;
• fluent English;
• great ability to create and maintain relationships;
• customer-focus service and strong result orientation;
• strong drive and the ability to take decisions and delegate responsibilities.
