Zadania:
We are looking for: HR Manager
General requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- 5+ years" experience in the HR function in SSC (Experience working in a shared service or operations environment)
- Extensive experience in HR advice and counsel to senior business management.
- You need to have a clear understanding of HR polish related regulations, and the understanding of change management and human resource issues in SSC environment.
- You need to have working knowledge of HR metrics and best practices and ability to utilize these in driving performance improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills are a must as well as analytical and problem solving skills with good interpersonal skills & employee management skills.
- Ability to plan, assign and direct work with local Market Unit and SSC team.
- Degree with a major in HR a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and data base skills
- Ability to work independently
