For our Client, one of bigger international organization in Poznan, we are looking for: HR Consultant with Italian

Main duties:

• Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as social media, networking and searching job boards
• Reviewing applications and regularly update the recruitment database according to the sourcing process
• Schedule interviews and organize logistics for recruitment campaign
• Post the ads on internal and external sites
• Offer support for the recruitment team in handling the recruitment projects

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Italian
• Perfect verbal and written skills
• University degree
• Experience in HR area
• Problem solving skills
• Strong attention to details
